Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of construction activities ensuring alignment with project milestones and priorities
• Define staffing requirements, budget estimates, and resource allocation for project delivery
• Assign and manage construction superintendents across different work areas
• Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Identify risks and take preventive measures to ensure timely completion of project phases
• Ensure adherence to construction standards, quality control practices, and safety requirements
