Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead site execution across major infrastructure programs. You will oversee the construction supervision team, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure works meet approved designs, schedules, and safety standards.

The role requires 12+ years in large-scale projects, with at least 5 years in CM or similar senior supervision, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Minimum 5 years in Construction Manager or similar senior role.
Experience coordinating with consultants/contractors and managing contractors.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
Familiarity with project schedules and progress reporting.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the construction supervision team.
Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and requirements.
Monitor progress, quality, HSE, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Consultant, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Review construction methodologies, submittals, and RFIs.
Identify risks, delays, and interface issues and support mitigation.
Lead coordination and progress meetings.
Monitor contractor performance and site progress.
Support inspection, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
