Job summary

BEC Arabia in Makkah seeks a skilled Technical Project Manager to drive large-scale construction and infrastructure programs aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex lifecycles, and liaise with government entities and private developers.

The role requires 10+ years in PM, strong technical background in construction, PMP, and proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project. On-site leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within construction or infrastructure.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations.
• Experience managing projects with budgets over SAR 100 million.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Makkah.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants for seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, ISO 45001/NEBOSH safety standards, and ARAMCO/SABIC requirements.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to align objectives and approvals.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure quality assurance and control meet company standards.
• Implement sustainability practices (Mostadam, LEED).
• Foster safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
