Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities across multiple projects in Riyadh. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of site operations. You will manage subcontractors and monitor progress, budget, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil eng, CM or related field.
• Proven senior site leadership experience on construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from project commencement to completion.
• Develop construction plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor forces.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization; take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and logistics.
• Review drawings and work methodologies.
• Identify risks and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare progress reports and site documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
