Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities in Riyadh.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of construction sites.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and quality of work.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making adjustments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and safety.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
