Job summary

Rawafid is seeking an experienced Concrete Structure Design Engineer to lead and support structural engineering activities for water, wastewater, and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing detailed designs, calculations, reports, BOQs, and specifications, guiding BIM/drafting teams, and ensuring compliance with SBC, ACI, ASTM, AWWA, and client standards.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree, 7–12 years in-Kingdom experience, SCE/PE preferred, and a strong

Qualifications

7–12 years of relevant structural engineering experience, preferably in water and industrial projects.
Minimum 7 years of in-Kingdom (Saudi Arabia) experience.
SCE certification and PE preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed structural design calculations for concrete/steel water tanks, tanks, and other structures.
Prepare and review detailed design reports and project cost estimates.
Develop project structural specifications and technical documentation.
Create, review and coordinate engineering drawings and specifications.
Guide draftsmen and BIM/modeling teams in producing tender and design drawings.
Perform structural calculations, load assessments, and capacity checks.
Develop water and wastewater network designs using appropriate software.
Review designs for compliance with codes and client specs.
Provide QA/QC for engineering deliverables and coordinate with clients and teams.
Conduct site visits and support project execution and business development.
