Qualifications

• 15 years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Experience supervising field teams on major building/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, assess field conditions, and ensure compliance with codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate structural engineering activities across assigned construction areas.
• Verify field execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Conduct daily inspections of structural integrity, reinforcement, and concrete works.
• Identify deviations, design conflicts, quality concerns, and structural risks.
• Review drawings, calculations, submissions, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, IBC, ACI and AISC standards.
• Manage material testing, inspections, and quality verification records.
• Coordinate with architects, PMs, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior staff and lead field engineers/technicians.
