Job summary

CSI Global seeks a seasoned Project Commissioning Manager in Jeddah to own the end-to-end commissioning program for a multi-disciplinary project, including MEP, ELV, BMS, and power interfaces. You will ensure safe, SBC-compliant, performance-verified handover with auditable documentation and authority approvals.

The role requires strong IST leadership, rigorous documentation control, and effective stakeholder communication with GC/subs/vendors and authorities in KSA.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years total in commissioning with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong IST leadership and cross-trade coordination
• Excellent document control for ITPs, test packs, CAT and closeout

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commissioning program for the project.
• Lead IST planning and execution across mechanical, electrical, ELV, BMS and safety systems.
• Maintain commissioning plans, test packs, and gap closures; drive weekly Cx meetings.
