The Managers is seeking an accomplished Commercial Director for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. You will lead marketing, sales, and leasing to drive the company’s commercial performance across its development portfolio.

With at least 15 years in real estate and the last 5 in a leadership role, you will guide teams, manage partnerships, and close significant transactions while maintaining strong Arabic and English communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with major real estate developers.
• Recent 5 years in a commercial leadership role.
• Proven record leading marketing, sales, and leasing teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the marketing, sales, and leasing teams with clear direction and performance oversight.
• Own the go-to-market and pricing strategy; lead off-plan launches across the portfolio.
• Manage brokers and commercial partners to accelerate opportunities and transactions.
• Take active role in negotiations and close deals with teams and brokers.
• Deliver revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and timely follow-up.
• Oversee the customer experience from enquiry to purchase or lease and handover.
