The Managers in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Director to lead the sales function for the real estate portfolio. This on-site, full-time role reports to leadership and aims to drive revenue growth across large-scale developments.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in sales, with 5+ years in leadership, strong negotiation, and presentation skills, plus real estate experience in Saudi Arabia. Arabic and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience in real estate or property development sales in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Proven business development capability and strategic partnerships.
• Strong team management, coaching, and performance leadership.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and launch plans.
• Own the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing; oversee negotiations with key clients.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team; set targets and drive performance.
• Oversee sales operations with disciplined CRM usage and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and project teams on pricing, timing, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners; represent the company.
