Job summary

Foreground LLC is seeking a Commercial Director to oversee all commercial activities for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading contracts, cost control, claims and risk management, and supporting project teams from tender through final account.

The director will strengthen governance, improve margin visibility, and lead senior commercial teams while engaging with clients, consultants and legal advisors.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial leadership experience within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in contract management, claims, and project financials.
• Experience working on large-scale Saudi projects is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of the business, including contracts, cost control, claims and risk management.
• Support project teams from tender stage through execution and final account settlement.
• Strengthen commercial governance and improve margin visibility across the project portfolio.
• Manage senior commercial teams and interface with clients, consultants and legal advisors.
