You will drive commercial outcomes across procurement, contracts, risk management and stakeholder engagement to deliver world-class results on a transformational entertainment, sport, culture and lifestyle project.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Leadership: Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy aligned with programme objectives and budgets.
• Financial Oversight: Manage cost control, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting across major construction packages.
• Contract Management: Oversee complex contracts, change control and protection of commercial interests.
• Procurement Strategy: Lead procurement planning, tender evaluations and contract negotiations for value.
• Risk & Opportunity: Identify and mitigate risks and pursue value-enhancing opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, project directors and supply chain partners.
• Claims & Disputes: Lead management of contractual claims and changes.
