AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Commercial Manager with a strong PMC background to oversee contract management on complex, high-value projects. You will lead contract strategy, administration, and dispute resolution while coordinating with legal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing claims and EOTs, monitoring performance, supporting tenders, and mentoring junior staff. A law/engineering background with MRICS/MCIOB preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and risks identified and mitigated early.
• Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms.
• Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
• Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff.
