Job summary

Kreate Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in Corporate Cash Management, Liquidity Management, and Escrow Accounts. The role requires independently engaging with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and producing BRDs and workflow diagrams.

You will lead workshops across Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Treasury Operations, Finance and Technology to shape target-state solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, cash management or liquidity management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional SME.
• Demonstrated experience in Cash and Liquidity Management projects.
• Practical working experience with Escrow Accounts.
• Strong BRD-writing and requirement-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and or Draw.io for detailed workflow diagrams.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders independently.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Treasury Operations, Finance and Technology teams.
• Analyze existing processes and define target-state business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional requirements, business rules, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create professional end-to-end workflow and swimlane diagrams using Microsoft Visio and or Draw.io.
• Document functional requirements for corporate payments, collections, liquidity management and escrow accounts.
• Coordinate requirement reviews, resolve open points and obtain business sign-off.
• Support solution design, system integration, SIT, UAT and implementation activities.

The candidate must be capable of independently engaging with business stakeholders gathering and analyzing requirements and preparing comprehensive BRDs and workflow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Corporate Banking Cash Management Treasury Operations Finance and Technology teams
• Analyze existing processes and define target-state business requirements
• Prepare BRDs functional requirements business rules process flows user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create professional end-to-end workflow and swimlane diagrams using Microsoft Visio and or draw io
• Document functional requirements for corporate payments collections liquidity management and escrow accounts

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Visio or Draw io for preparing workflow diagrams

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, cash management or liquidity management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional SME.
• Demonstrated experience in Cash and Liquidity Management projects.
• Practical working experience with Escrow Accounts.
• Strong BRD-writing and requirement-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and or draw io for detailed workflow diagrams.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders independently.
• Strong communication analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Saudi or GCC banking experience.
• Knowledge of SAMA requirements and Saudi payment systems such as SARIE SADAD WPS and Mudad.
• Experience with Islamic banking and Shariah-compliant cash-management products.
• Experience with corporate digital-banking platforms and core-banking systems.
