Job summary

Client of imploy in Riyadh seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, driving end-to-end analysis for high-impact projects. You will lead requirement gathering, map current and future states, produce BRDs, and collaborate with architects to ensure solution quality.

You will present to senior leadership, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior analysts, delivering data-driven insights and process optimization in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in technology sectors.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business owners, operations and IT.
• Perform current-state analysis and map future-state designs.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, user stories and workflow diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit needs.
• Conduct data analysis, modeling and ROI assessments.
• Mentor junior analysts and support project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation reviews.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh This is a full-time permanent role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to drive meaningful change through data-driven insights and process optimization As our Senior Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams leading end-to-end analysis for high-impact projects You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement defining detailed requirements and ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives Your work will directly influence decision-making at the executive level so you must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and managing multiple priorities simultaneously In this role you will Lead requirement gathering sessions with business owners operations and IT teams to define scope objectives and success metrics Conduct thorough current-state analysis process mapping and gap analysis to recommend future-state designs Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents BRDs functional specifications user stories and workflow diagrams Facitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit needs and manage expectations across all departments Perform data analysis and modeling to support business cases feasibility studies and ROI assessments Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and quality standards Support the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment including UAT coordination change management and post-implementation reviews Act as a mentor to junior analysts promoting best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement
