BVLGARI in Riyadh is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the boutique team, drive sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee store operations on the shop floor, coach staff, and ensure brand standards across all client interactions.

The role requires strong leadership, luxury retail knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with Dubai HQ and local teams to sustain growth in a fast-moving market.

Formación

• Experience managing a boutique team and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to coach and develop sales staff.
• Strong client relationship skills and events organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire boutique team and operations to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Spend majority of time on shop floor with sales team and clients.
• Develop action plans from mystery shopping and Voice of the Client results.
• Lead training and onboarding, coach daily on customer experience.
• Foster client relationships and CRM activities with regional teams.
