Al Tayer Group is seeking a Retail Manager for Bloomingdale's in Riyadh to oversee store operations, coach the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding luxury brand standards and financial targets.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in profitable retail store management, and a focus on stock control, merchandising, and customer satisfaction in a high-end environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, monitor performance and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example and resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Minimise stock loss through the management and adherence of ATG policies and procedures.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within brand guidelines and store standards.
• Monitor compliance with all Company policies, Health & Safety standards, and stock management processes.
• Analyze stock and performance data to maximise sales opportunities and provide feedback to Buying/Planning.
