Job summary

Bulgari Middle East in Jeddah seeks a Deputy Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing luxury team and safeguard exceptional client experiences in boutique operations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model elevated service, manage daily retail activities, analyse trends, approve discounts per policy and mentor staff to achieve targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a sales position with strong commercial acumen.
• Has driven own sales target and supported store/market targets.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships inside and outside the boutique.
• Experience sharing luxury industry knowledge and coaching the team.

Responsibilities

• Model behaviours, skills and knowledge with managerial prowess and coaching posture.
• Ambassador of the Bulgari Maison inside and outside the boutique, attending local/regional events.
• Support store manager in reaching business targets and ensure daily boutique operations.
• Engage and develop the team, address client concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
