Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, ensuring infra-structure on the shop floor, coordinating with CRM and marketing, and maintaining impeccable store presentation and stock

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end brand environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of store operations and client experience.
• Ability to coach and develop sales teams toward excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the boutique team to achieve sales objectives and KPI targets.
• Spend majority of time on the shop floor selling and engaging with clients.
• Define action plans from performance insights and ensure implementation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of local luxury retail movements.
