Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Bids and Tender Senior Specialist, EP MEA, to manage end-to-end tender lifecycle across the Electrophysiology business in MEA. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions to ensure timely and compliant submissions that protect value.

You will drive tender evaluation, reporting, and governance improvements, while mentoring teams on best practices and tools. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with a plus for French.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelors Degree in a business-oriented subject.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in bids and tender management, pricing, commercial operations, or bid management, preferably across MEA or complex regional markets.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry, Pharma, or healthcare tendering environment is preferred; EP or cardiovascular experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French language is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; dashboards and analytics tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full bids and tender lifecycle across EP MEA.
• Manage tender sourcing, documentation, and settlement processes to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Review tender requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission checklists for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze tender outcomes and support future bid strategy with insights.
• Maintain bids and tender databases and dashboards for reliable reporting.
