Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Bids and Tender Senior Specialist, EP MEA to manage end-to-end bids and tender submissions across the Electrophysiology business in MEA. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposals.

You will lead the development of competitive tender responses, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through standardized processes, tools, and governance across EP MEA.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelors degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of bids and tender management experience.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or healthcare tendering is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full bids and tender lifecycle across EP MEA.
• Ensure timely, compliant, and competitive EP bids.
• Collaborate with EP Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to secure complete submissions.
• Maintain bids databases, trackers, and dashboards for reporting.
• Provide guidance and training on bids and tender processes.
