Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Bids and Tender Specialist EP MEA to manage end-to-end bid lifecycle across the electrophysiology business in MEA, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions that drive growth and mitigate risk.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to deliver accurate tender evaluations, post-award activities, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor's Degree in a business-oriented subject.
• 4+ years of bids and tender management, pricing, commercial operations, or bid management.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or healthcare tendering environment is preferred; EP or cardiovascular experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full bids and tender lifecycle across EP MEA, including pre-tender, quotation submission, award and post-award stages.
• Review requirements, evaluation criteria, technical specs, commercial terms and submission checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with EP Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance and other functions to secure complete and value-added submissions.
