Qualifikationen

• University/Bachelors Degree
• Ideal: business-oriented degree (Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business)
• Minimum 4 years in bids and tender management, pricing, or related commercial operations
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or healthcare tendering preferred; EP/cardiovascular experience advantageous
• Advanced MS Office skills; Excel/PowerPoint; dashboards/analytics tools a plus
• Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous

Aufgaben

• Coordinate full bids and tender lifecycle across EP MEA, ensuring timely, compliant submissions
• Review requirements, specs, terms, and checklists for completeness and accuracy
• Analyze tender outcomes with win/loss reviews and pricing simulations
• Maintain tender databases, trackers, and reporting platforms for EP MEA
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, SOPs, and SOX controls
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions
• Provide training and guidance on bids/tender processes and governance
• Prepare regular bid performance metrics and dashboards
• Identify process improvements to strengthen tender quality and cycle time
• Support governance and knowledge sharing across EP MEA
