Qualifications

Education: University/bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
Experience in Cardiovascular field working in Electrophysiology section or CRM.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab.

Responsabilités

Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment during case procedures.
Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize usage with in-service training.
Collaborate with peers to share best practices to increase value for customers.
Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact to drive incremental business.
Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
Maintain open lines of communication across local team and support partners.
Develop and grow mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff.
