Qualifications

• University/bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, CVT).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cardiovascular field and electrophysiology context.
• Fluent English communication and clinical training capabilities.
• Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment.
• Educate customers with clinical information and in-service training to optimize product usage.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and drive customer value.
• Use consultative selling to identify opportunities and engage key decision makers.
• Manage account planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal/ external teams.
