Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for electronics systems and airport management equipment. You will supervise engineers and technicians, plan maintenance tasks, manage work orders, ensure parts availability, and coordinate with the FM Contract Manager to meet safety and SLA KPIs in a multinational airport environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in maintenance, with AVDGS and airport management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team responsible for electronics systems and devices.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the work of employees.
• Schedule and manage work orders, overtime, and time off.
• Ensure spare parts, tools, and equipment adequacy.
• Prepare reports and maintain records on maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with FM Contract Manager on schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety rules and enforce SLA KPIs.
• On-call and stand-by participation.
