Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in Dammam to lead a team of engineers and technicians in maintaining electronics systems and devices installed on site. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and safety compliance, with responsibilities spanning planning, reporting, and coordination with the FM Contract Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in maintenance with airport systems experience.
• Experience with AVDGS and airport management systems (SAM, Airon 360).
• Ability to communicate via radio with air traffic control and comply with vehicle rules.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and submit recommendations for improved maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of international safety rules and ICAO standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians, including planning and directing work.
• Schedule, assign, and program overtime and vacations.
• Coordinate back-office support and daily with the FM Contract Manager.
• Ensure adequacy of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit Permit to Work (PTW) requests to Customer Representative.
• Oversee Preventive, Planned and Unplanned maintenance per the maintenance plan.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure progress per project plans.
• Produce reports and track SLA contract KPIs.
