Job summary

Safari Group is seeking a Civil Maintenance Supervisor to oversee civil maintenance works within the Royal Terminal. You will supervise projects, inspect buildings and coordinate corrective actions, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years in civil maintenance and facility management, plus experience in supervising contractors and using AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-7 years in civil maintenance and facility management.
• Experience in maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Experience supervising contractors/subcontractors.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience in airport, hospitality, or high-end facilities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil maintenance works at the Royal Terminal.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities and external areas.
• Coordinate corrective actions for civil maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors performance.
• Review drawings, technical documents and method statements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with facility management and other departments.
• Identify and resolve civil and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper materials utilization and availability.
• Adhere to HSE policies and airport procedures.
