Job summary

Riyadh Air in Riyadh seeks an experienced, hands-on leader to head Line Maintenance operations for our Boeing 787 fleet. The role focuses on aircraft safety, maintenance reliability, and compliance with GACA regulations, with responsibility for shift management and operational decision-making.

The candidate will oversee defect management, MEL approvals, and airworthiness standards across the entire fleet, while mentoring maintenance teams and coordinating with AOG and MCC systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of comprehensive aircraft maintenance experience with line maintenance management.
• Must hold appropriate security clearance and be available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Boeing 787/GENX and Boeing/Airbus fleet experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead line maintenance shift operations for 24/7 aircraft support.
• Make critical technical operational decisions for aircraft recovery and safety.
• Oversee defect management and MEL approvals while upholding airworthiness standards.
• Coordinate with AOG desk operations and MCC systems to ensure smooth fleet operations.
