Job summary

FNRCO is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Systems Lead Engineer to oversee the performance, reliability, integration, and maintenance of airport security systems. You will coordinate with Saudi government and airport security authorities while leading a team of engineers to ensure 24/7 availability.

The role requires extensive expertise in video surveillance, access control, video analytics, and security networking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in electronic security systems, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience in airports, critical infrastructure, or government facilities is highly preferred.
OEM certifications in at least two of: Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Ipsotek.
CCNA or higher networking certification is mandatory.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Must be eligible for Saudi government security clearance and airport restricted-area access.

Responsibilities

Oversee performance, reliability, integration, and maintenance of airport security systems.
Coordinate with Saudi government and airport security authorities.
Lead security systems engineers and technicians on a 24/7 shift roster.
Design, implement, and maintain security networks and IT/OT safeguards.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and OEM support across systems.
