Job summary

Burjline Builders in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Specialty Coffee with a strong B2B background in the F&B sector. You will leverage a deep Saudi market network to develop and grow accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retailers.

Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, develop strategies, and coordinate with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, or F&B brands preferred.
• Established network within the Saudi F&B market.
• Proven B2B sales, business development, and target achievement.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi F&B market and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and win new B2B clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retailers.
• Develop partnerships and opportunities in specialty coffee and F&B.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Provide sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to ensure service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
