Salt Digital Recruitment seeks a Sales Director to lead public sector initiatives and drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia for a global cybersecurity leader. You will secure high-value government deals and navigate procurement processes.

This hands-on role requires building relationships with senior ministries and public entities, shaping the Saudi strategy in line with Vision 2030 and leading tender responses end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in government/public sector sales, preferably cybersecurity.
• Proven record of exceeding targets and closing complex government contracts.
• Well-established network of public sector contacts across Riyadh and other regions in KSA.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a robust public sector sales plan tailored to the Saudi market.
• Identify, qualify, and win business opportunities across government and public entities.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the public sector.
• Lead the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ responses, proposal preparation, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, technical pre-sales) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and government exhibitions.
