Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Sales Team Lead for a leading global cybersecurity vendor in the Kingdom. You will manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth across digital security portfolios, and expand relationships with strategic customers in Saudi Arabia.

You will shape sales strategy, build a strong pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and lead compelling technically sound presentations.

Qualifications

8+ years in strategic account management, business development, or sales within cybersecurity/IT security or related technology.
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
Proven track record managing complex accounts and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage and expand relationships with key strategic customers and prospects.
Identify, qualify, and prioritise opportunities across assigned accounts.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling, technically sound presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring strong customer engagement at all levels.
Develop and execute account and territory plans, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
Maintain high-quality forecasting and reporting of team and individual performance.
