Job summary

PROVEN is seeking a Saudi Country Manager/GM to own P&L and lead the IT and cybersecurity business in the Kingdom. You will drive strategic channel and vendor relationships, directly develop large accounts, and build a high-performing local team to sustain growth and compliance with local regulations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong sales capability, and a track record of expanding enterprise and government relationships while advancing Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or BSC in IT, SW Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of IT or Cybersecurity sales & management experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership or country management roles.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and ICT trends, vendors, technologies, and market trends.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, value-added distribution, and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy in alignment with group objectives.
• Lead and scale the IT and cybersecurity business with direct revenue responsibility.
• Close large enterprise and government deals and grow key accounts.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team across sales and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and Saudization/localization goals.
