Job summary

Upciti is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships with public-sector clients in Saudi Arabia, driving onboarding, platform adoption, renewals, and portfolio growth. You will coordinate with product, tech, and commercial teams, lead onboarding sessions, run regular check-ins, and execute 90-day EBRs while spotting upsell opportunities and preventing churn.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Account Management or Customer Success with upsell and account growth.
• Startup or scale-up experience (autonomy, building a role, fast-moving environment).
• Bilingual in English and Arabic – French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and deployment, ensuring smooth handover from sales.
• Run regular check-ins (weekly to monthly) and 90‑day EBRs with client leadership.
• Independently identify and drive upsell opportunities and cross-sell initiatives.
• Spot churn risks early and implement corrective actions.
