Qualifications

• 7–10+ years FMCG experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing
• Saudi market and beverage channels knowledge
• Experience in franchise/multi-bottler environments
• Budget and investment management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual and quarterly Trade Marketing strategy for KSA Beverages
• Translate priorities into channel activation plans (MT, TT, AFH, eComm, etc.) and build the activation calendar
• Act as liaison between PepsiCo and bottlers’ Trade Marketing teams; align activation standards
• Own trade spend planning, tracking, and ROI optimization across channels
• Oversee in-market execution including promotions, store visibility, activations, and new packs launches
• Track KPIs and develop dashboards; leverage insights for growth opportunities
• Lead trade readiness and execution of NPD launches across channels
