Job summary

Advansys ESC is seeking a high‑performing Outsourcing Sales Manager (Banking) based in Saudi Arabia. The role blends new business acquisition with account management, aimed at growing strategic IT outsourcing and offshore delivery center engagements in the KSA market.

You will lead territory planning, bid management for RFI/RFP processes, and pipeline forecasting while maintaining strong executive relationships with senior procurement and IT leaders. Hybrid work and regional coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B solution sales or account management in KSA IT services.
• Proven track record selling complex IT outsourcing or offshore delivery frameworks.
• Strong negotiation, contract structuring and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Go-To-Market planning and pipeline execution for KSA accounts.
• Manage renewals, upsell offshore delivery capacity and managed teams.
• Lead key executive relationships with senior stakeholders and IT leaders.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to align solutions with client goals.
