Job summary

Qureos is seeking an HR Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in HR operations and Saudi government platforms. The role supports day-to-day employee operations, government transactions, HR documentation and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, visa processes, and HR letters, while ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination with management and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Hands-on HR operations experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labor Office.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle transfers, visa processes, and related tasks.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, and documentation.
• Support Mowaamah Program requirements.
• Process HR transactions via Saudi government platforms.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
