Job summary

Hire Fellows in Riyadh is seeking a Head of Sales & Partnerships to build and lead the sales team driving expansion across Saudi Arabia. You will own new brand acquisition and take the business from a Riyadh-focused operation to a national one, personally closing key deals with top brands.

This is a senior, hands-on role in a startup environment with direct line to the General Manager. This role offers real ownership, scope to grow as the company scales, and the opportunity to design scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships or sales with a proven track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Own new brand acquisition across Saudi Arabia with freedom to design the approach.
• Build, lead, and scale the partnerships sales team and drive hiring.
• Set the expansion strategy for Saudi Arabia and execute its launch.
• Run pipeline, forecasting, and KPI rhythm with CRM discipline.
• Close strategic deals with top brands and coordinate with the General Manager on big wins.
• Develop relationships with brand partners in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and future markets.
• Create scalable sales systems and onboarding for new reps.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to go live swiftly.
