Job summary

Client of Hire Fellows in Riyadh is seeking a Head of Sales & Partnerships to build and lead a fast-scaling sales organization. The role drives expansion from Riyadh to a national footprint and personally closes key deals with top brands.

This senior, hands-on position reports directly to the General Manager and will grow with the company. You will own brand acquisition across Saudi Arabia, design expansion strategy, and align with product, marketing and operations to go live in new cities with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships or sales with a proven track record.
• Experience building and leading a sales team, ideally in startup/scale-up in KSA or GCC.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Experience opening new cities or markets and winning first accounts.
• Track record of signing brands at high volume on short sales cycles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build scalable sales processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market; relationships with brand owners are a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh and have a valid driving licence and own car.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own new brand acquisition across Saudi Arabia with freedom to design how to achieve goals.
• Build, lead and scale the partnerships sales team, coaching and developing team members.
• Set the partnerships and expansion strategy for Saudi Arabia and execute it across the Kingdom.
• Run pipeline and forecasting with CRM discipline, KPI rhythm by city, rep and brand tier.
• Open doors, lead negotiations and close strategic deals with top brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand partners across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and future markets.
• Build scalable sales systems including scripts, pitch material, objections handling and onboarding.
• Work with product, marketing, commercial and operations to go-live with momentum.
• Adapt to changing business needs and take on evolving responsibilities.
