Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Director to lead sponsorship and partnerships sales for rights holder clients in Saudi Arabia, within the MENA Partnership Sales unit. You will open and develop relationships with brands in the Kingdom, shape partnerships aligned with their objectives, and close multi-year agreements that support client growth.

Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, building senior relationships with marketing and sponsorship decision-makers, and developing compelling

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in sponsorship sales or brand partnerships in the Kingdom.
• Proven track record closing multi-year or seven-figure SAR partnerships.
• Owns full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting and handover.

Responsibilities

• Sell sponsorship and partnership rights for rights holder clients in KSA across sport, culture and entertainment.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, contracting and handover.
• Build senior relationships with marketing and sponsorship decision-makers at Saudi brands and banks.
• Develop proposals aligned to brand objectives with clear valuation and pricing.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and provide forecasts; collaborate with Sales Operations.
