Ajax Systems is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Leader to expand B2B sales in Riyadh, focusing on CCTV, fire safety and integrated security solutions. The role involves identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals with enterprise customers and partners.

You will develop strategic sales plans, build executive relationships, and drive market share while collaborating with local teams and distributors. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within CCTV industry.
• Sales experience in Saudi Arabia, operating from Riyadh.
• Technical competence with fire products.
• Proven track record of end-to-end sales activities from opportunity to closing.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at executive level.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the Riyadh area.
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
• Deliver compelling presentations to engage partners and stakeholders.
• Establish partnerships with fire alarm and life safety distributors.
