Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager ICT to drive sales growth for CCTV, Access Control, and ELV solutions across the Saudi market. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of KSA security standards. A driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in business development or sales within CCTV, ELV, or Security Systems in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of KSA security standards, vendors and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Driving license in KSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, and ELV solutions.
• Generate leads via market research, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients.
• Coordinate with engineering team to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
