Job summary

Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi in Riyadh is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll and ensure Saudi compliance. The role requires processing payroll in SAP and coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve payroll matters.

The successful candidate will maintain payroll data, manage deductions, and support audits while keeping confidential information secure and up-to-date with regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with SAP system required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Saudi labor regulations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Review payroll inputs including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, attendance, and adjustments.
• Process payroll through SAP system.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
• Review payroll calculations and ensure accuracy of payroll records.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.
• Process additions, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations in payroll system.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll matters.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, allowances, and other payroll matters.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and payroll requirements.
• Manage deductions and social insurance requirements, including GOSI.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
• Support audits by providing payroll reports and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties related to payroll as assigned.
