Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee end-to-end payroll across the organization in Riyadh. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, payroll systems, and employee compensation, with proven leadership of payroll activities and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi payroll regulations, GOSI, labor law, and benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong Excel skills for payroll data and reports.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Facility Management, Contracting, Construction, or large workforce environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end monthly payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Review payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and company policies.
• Manage employee payroll records with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.
• Monitor and process final settlements and end-of-service entitlements.
• Ensure timely GOSI transactions and other statutory requirements.
• Support payroll audits with documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Supervise and guide payroll team members and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of compensation and payroll information.
