Job summary

FAENA is seeking a Paymaster to ensure accurate and confidential payroll processing for all employees in Saudi Arabia. You will calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances in line with policies and labor laws, while maintaining payroll records and resolving discrepancies.

You will work closely with HR and Finance, ensuring GOSI and end-of-service benefits compliance, preparing payroll reports, and safeguarding payroll data across audits and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Diploma in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources is an advantage.
• 2–5+ years of experience in payroll or compensation administration, preferably in hospitality or large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of GOSI, end-of-service benefits, and payroll compliance.
• Experience with payroll/HR systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Calculate salaries, wages, overtime, allowances and deductions in line with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and personal data.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations including GOSI, tax, and end-of-service benefits.
• Verify attendance timesheets and leave records before payroll processing.
• Handle payroll discrepancies, adjustments and employee queries.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and Management review.
• Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Process final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
