Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system required.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Review payroll inputs including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, attendance, and adjustments.
  • Process payroll through SAP system.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll data in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
  • Review payroll calculations and ensure accuracy of payroll records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.
  • Process additions, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations in payroll system.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll matters.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, allowances, and other payroll matters.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and payroll requirements.
  • Manage deductions and social insurance requirements, including GOSI.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
  • Support audits by providing payroll reports and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other duties related to payroll as assigned.

Job Summary:

Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing the company’s monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The role involves maintaining accurate payroll records, processing payroll through the SAP system, and coordinating with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters goals.

  • Review payroll calculations and ensure the accuracy of payroll records.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
