Job summary

OPEC Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Module Lead (SAP SuccessFactors HXM) to drive a major implementation in Saudi Arabia. This onsite role requires a strong functional leader with wide SAP integration experience and hands-on delivery across EC, ECP, Time Tracking and BIB.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and guiding teams through testing, deployment and post-go-live support while ensuring best practices are followed.

• Guide teams through testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Ensure SAP solutions follow best practices and meet business requirements.

We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP Module Lead - SAP SuccessFactors HXM to join a major programme in Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity for a strong functional leader with extensive implementation and integration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions.
• Own delivery across Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Tracking and Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or other enterprise systems.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide functional and technical teams through testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and meet business requirements.

Immediate joiners and candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
