Job summary

Recrenza is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HXM Module Lead for Employee Central and ECP with 10+ years of hands-on expertise. The role involves leading end-to-end HXM implementations, requirements gathering, and solution design in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on EC, ECP, Time Tracking, and integrations.

The candidate will configure EC, MDF, workflows, and position management, and oversee ECP payroll replication and go-live activities, delivering successful enterprise SAP deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementations.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors HXM modules including EC and ECP.
• Experience with Time Tracking, MDF, and RBP integration and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM project delivery.
• Design solutions and gather requirements for EC, ECP, and integrations.
• Configure EC, MDF, workflows, and Position Management; manage ECP payroll replication.
