Job summary

SSC Egypt seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead (HXM) for an onsite engagement in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading end-to-end SAP SF HXM implementations and providing ongoing support to ensure successful go-lives.

You will design solutions, map business processes, and configure EC, MDF, and ECP components, including payroll replication and Time Tracking. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HXM projects.
• Hands-on experience with EC, ECP and integrations.
• Onsite delivery experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support.
• Drive solution design, requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Configure EC Foundation Objects, MDF, Rules, Workflows and Position Management.
• Lead ECP configuration, payroll replication, and parallel runs.
• Configure Time Tracking, schedules, overtime and attendance.
• Manage BIB integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA and data replication issues.
• Coordinate with SAP CPI/Integration Suite teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, go-live and post-go-live support activities.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, issues and functional teams.
